2019 season highlights
"Being our first year on the UKBT we were excited to see how our training at Essex would translate onto the national tour, after coming 3rd in our first event we quickly realized that even in our first year we had what it takes to be pushing tough teams."

"we have set our sights high and have a 5 year plan to line up with our long and short term goals. Year 1 we completed every goal set out at the start of the year, finishing inside the top 50 players on the tour. Winning a 2 star event. Reach a semifinal in a 3 star event."
2018-9 season highlights
"Coming back from Spanish League 1 was a strange transition for me. I came back to Team Essex, a club I have been at for years and felt that I was coming in as a new player. However after proving my ability I soon was a starting 6 player and slotted back into the team very well"

"Playing with Brentwood has always been special to me as I grew up in this club, now as a player coach it allows me to step back and allow young and developing players to do the same."

"Tough games are what makes volleyball fun and In both Essex and National league I got to play in tough games some going to 5 sets and really testing both teams"

Team Essex is where is started playing national league. Having a team in the 2 highest leagues in England enables me to play with some of the best athletes in the UK.
From age 15 I would play libero for the men's division 2 team. Team Essex allows me to focus on achieving high level performance in the English Volleyball League.
Viking Volei Prat competed in Division 1a in the national league in Spain, I was welcomed into the team and have the opportunity to play both as a libero and as an outside.
Seeing national league in both Spain and England I was able to see the difference in playing style and player tendencies.
Learning a new language whilst I lived in Spain was a challenge but I now speak conversational Spanish and found the learning experience eye opening.

Brentwood Volleyball was where I first learnt volleyball, I now continue to coach and run the club along with the help of some volunteers.
within Brentwood I coach a wide range of players ranging from England junior athletes to recreational players, all who have benefited from my coaching.
